Excellent Customer Service
Angelo Li always responded to the emails promptly, while not being "pushy". He was patient with our supplier onboarding process, and I really appreciated the initiative he took with suggesting logo placements on the products we ordered. That made me more at ease with Flashbay and more willing to work with them in the future. I would definitely recommend them.

Efficient and top quality service
My experience was made so smooth and easy due to the efficiency of Jacob Smith (our point of contact throughout the process). He was diligent and made sure the final product was to our liking- even last min changes on our end did not hinder the overall time it took to process order as they where always changed very quickly.
Thank you for our lovely travel mugs and water bottles- our clients love them.

They are here to help you and cover all your requests. They sent out free samples which helped us make the decision to go with it. Our bottles arrived yesterday. Absolutely stoked with them they are high quality and perfect for what we need. The printing is super clear. Couldn't fault Flash bay at all. Massive thank you to James who helped us along this journey. Looking forward to working with you in future. We are very satisfied with our new merch!
